Noëlle Stallard

Moving from Hertfordshire to Ewelme in 2018, I soon became a trustee at the Millstream Centre. I helped support it through the Pandemic and since then watched it grow from strength to strength thanks to its wonderful customers, volunteers and staff.

I have always been interested in helping persons of all ages to keep as healthy and fit as they can. You are never too old or young to learn something new and hopefully continue to enjoy many hobbies. I love the way the Millstream encourages this.

With this in mind I was also a trustee on a charity working to ensure disadvantaged or troubled children  stayed in school and out of trouble. I love sport and for many years coached rowing to all ages from eight to eighty and beyond.

I have always been a fundraiser for charity and in 1998 Co-founded Fighting Breast Cancer Herts, a charity fundraising for breast cancer treatment and care. I am also Secretary to the Parish Church Council at St Mary’s Ewelme.

A bit about me…. the boring stuff

Coming from a medical family, I qualified as a doctor in 1972 from St Mary’s Hospital Medical School, University of London, and worked as an Anaesthetist for many years until I retired. I am a member of the Royal Society of Medicine and continue to be interested in all things medical.

Key skills

I hope I bring some medical knowledge and a lot of common sense to the table. Juggling work and home to bring up a family, plus keeping involved in many charities, clubs and activities helps to keep things in perspective.

More about me …the Important Stuff

I have a large blended family with four sons and eight grandchildren ranging in years from one to 23. I help looking after the youngest four every week, which is a real delight. In my spare time I love to entertain, cook, garden, row, walk the dog and to get out and about.

At Millstream

I am a trustee and feel I bring some medical and health knowledge.
