A bit about me…. the boring stuff
Qualified in Business and Law and a Fellow of the CIPD. I am now semi-retired and working as a Board Advisor/NED and Trustee. Since 2017 I ran my own business as MD of Agile People Consulting, a new digital People Consultancy. Prior to this I led the transformation of the People Team at River Island as Chief People Officer. I have held previous Board roles across, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Power and privately owned start-up businesses. Key responsibilities, defined in the main as the leadership, design and strategic influence of People agendas across multi-sectoral businesses, including HRD for NBrown, EVP for ASDA UK, Noble Foods, Powergen and Triplex Lloyd.

Caroline has 3 grown up boys and a growing troop of grand-children, is a has been tennis player, a trainee golfer and enjoys traveling and outdoor pursuits from skiing, cycling to horse riding.

At Millstream…
I will look after and co-chair the Events and Fundraising Group with Julie Broscomb manage the launch and day to day of “Friends Of Millstream Centre” (FOMC) and support in other areas, using my 35 plus years of business experience.
